Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and account for all returnable parts and cores.
• Collaborate with service advisors to build Repair Orders (ROs) with necessary parts and labor.
• Order parts from a multitude of vendors, shopping and comparing to ensure that best possible price is received.
• Ensure timely communication between advisors and technicians regarding parts arrival.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace.
• Input parts details into ROs accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in auto parts store management highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Must be a committed team player with a quality-conscious and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and punctual nature.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and flexible schedule.
