*Responsibilities*
- Analyze and evaluate the company's benefits programs
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and compliance
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate benefits processing
- Conduct audits and reconcile benefits data with payroll records
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits
- Utilize ADP, Ceridian, or similar software for benefits management
- Handle general ledger accounting tasks related to benefits expenses
- Assist in accounts payable processes for benefit invoices
- Perform general ledger reconciliation for benefits accounts
*Qualifications*
- Solid experience with SAP Success Factors
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in benefits administration and technical accounting
- Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in ADP or similar HR software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
