- Build strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and generate excitement during launches.
- Assist in organizing launch events and promotional activities to create buzz and drive customer engagement.
- Engage proactively with customers to create a welcoming and interactive environment.

Requirements:
