In this role, you will work face to face with customers, actively participating in one of our campaigns. Your responsibilities will include customer service, branding, sales, and account management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company's values, products, and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
- Build positive relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Actively participate in the execution of the campaign, promoting our brand and raising awareness of our products or services.
- Engage with customers to communicate the value proposition of our offerings, driving interest and potential sales.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to contribute to campaign optimization.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to identify and convert leads into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Maximize sales opportunities by identifying upselling or cross-selling possibilities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall campaign success.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face setting.
