5 Star Medical Staffing currently looking for LVN’s to do Home Care visits for immediate hire top pay!

The ideal candidate must be able to;

 Provides direct and indirect patient care in an organized manner that reflects initiative, flexibility, clinical competence and responsibility under the direct supervision of a Physician or Nurse Practitioner

 Specific responsibilities include preparing rooms for patients and/or procedures, 

 Administering medications, assisting with therapeutic/diagnostic procedures as directed

 Maintains accurate charting and discharges in a timely manner

 Communicates changes in patient’s condition to Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner

 May perform clerical duties such as answering telephones and scheduling patients

 be compassionate and cool-tempered. 

 Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

Skills

• Proven experience as a LPN

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible and compassionate

• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

 Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

 Certifications 

 Current registration to practice nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the State of Florida

 Current BLS

 ACLS and PALS recommended

 Computer skills, 

 must have excellent attention to detail and customer service
