Summary
This position is contingent on contract award.
This position plans, organizes, and controls assigned projects from contract award notification through program life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. Provides project management for Training Systems Analysis, courseware development, and training solutions in support of the United States Department of Defense and international contracts. Provides updates for Program Management Reviews and weekly status updates. Manage projects from start to finish, within time, cost, scope and quality constraints with guidance of a senior project manager or Program Manager by performing the following duties:

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Language Skills
Ability to write, read and interpret multiple complex documents and communicates essential data effectively. Ability to speak effectively before small groups and at mid-range management levels.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply basic measurement standards to determine and assess changes in performance. Possess basic math skills to support earned value assessment, variance analysis, negotiations and proposal evaluations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to logically interpret an extensive variety of management and technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
