Client Experience Officer
We are looking for a high-energy, self directed person, with the ability to
maintain high quality service to keep our clients happy. This is a great opportunity for
an organized candidate with excellent time-management skills. We will train the right
candidate in any specific areas if needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- All daily bookkeeping/accounting activity, including job costing, accounts payable &
receivable, cash flow management/reporting, credit account management, etc.
- Human resources including new hire paperwork, workmans comp program, etc.
- Sales related tasks including the generation of estimates, tracking sales activities,
and client communications via phone and email, marketing materials, social media,
and product samples.
- Create and document process improvement.
- Organizing payroll and time sheets
- Assist with the development of and management of the sales budget and forecast
- Assist the owner with administrative tasks; email, calendar, etc.
- Any other special projects based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google and other basic business programs
and technology.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Quickbooks).
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect well with clients.
- Possess superb and professional communication skills – verbal and written.
- Demonstrate excellence in planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to multi-task based on business needs.
Working Schedule
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. The
regular weekly schedule is Monday to Friday. It is intended that the majority of work will be performed in the office,
with a predictable schedule. You will be responsible for most client communication and creating
a professional first impression. Weekly in-person staff meetings and occasional client meetings are
expected.
