SHIPPING ASSOCIATE/CLERK
5B’s is seeking a reliable employee for a full-time, dayshift Shipping opportunity!
Our Shipping Team works 8am-5pm M-F with occasional overtime.
Starting pay range is $14-$16 per hour depending on experience.
The Shipping team is responsible for making sure outgoing products are shipped in a timely manner, ensuring weights and shipping labels are correct. Responsibilities also include determining methods of shipment, utilizing shipping schedules, procedures, and routes. Other duties include tracking packages, recycling cardboard, helping with packaging, and cutting foam for production.
Requirements
· Experience printing shipping labels
· Must have computer knowledge and typing skills
· Ability to read and comprehend written, typed and verbal instruction.
· Lifting of up to 45 pounds, sometimes repetitively
· Excellent organization and time management skills
· Take exemplary care when handling packages
· Continuous standing, reaching, and bending and walking
This is not an office position, you will be standing, lifting boxes and using a pallet jack throughout the work day.
