Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and remodeling tasks to transform and improve residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various trades, including concrete finishing, electrical work, drywall install and repairs, masonry, construction painting, restoration, roofing, and plumbing.

Responsibilities:

- Execute remodeling projects according to specifications and plans

- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces

- Install, repair, and maintain electrical components (ceiling fan, light fixtures)

- Fabricate and install various fixtures and structures

- Able to install drywall and complete finishing steps

- Lay bricks or stones to build walls or structures

- Conduct construction painting to enhance the appearance of surfaces

- Restore damaged areas by replacing or repairing materials

- Inspect and repair roofs as necessary

- Install or repair plumbing systems

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Remodeler or similar role in the construction industry

- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes

- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently

- Ability to fabricate and install fixtures accurately

- Skilled in plastering and masonry work

- Experience in construction painting techniques

- Knowledge of restoration methods for damaged areas

- Understanding of roofing principles and practices

- Proficient in plumbing installation and repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
