Job Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly line machinery and equipment efficiently and safely to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Perform assembly tasks, including product assembly, packaging, labeling, and quality inspections.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of production orders, following standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular checks on machinery and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize productivity and resolve any production-related concerns.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly line operations or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work the 1st shift and occasional overtime as required
