Overview :
We are currently seeking a skilled Stocker with Forklift Certification to join our warehouse team at a uniform manufacturing facility.
The Stocker will play a key role in building and stocking shelves, moving products within the warehouse, and operating forklifts to lift and transport merchandise.
Responsibilities :
- Build and stock shelves with merchandise according to inventory requirements.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments of merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient product retrieval.
- Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and transport merchandise safely.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet warehouse goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures when operating forklifts and handling merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisors.
Requirements :
- Forklift Certification is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, up to 50lbs.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment.
