Finance and Supply Chain Leader

The Position Finance & Supply Chain Leader We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and inspiring individual to join the Finance & Supply Chain team. As the Finance & Supply Chain Leader, you have the opportunity to support accurate and timely financial information, including business analysis and instrument placement profitability analysis, to support planning and forecasting. In this role, you will directly contribute to Roche’s leadership team to facilitate effective communication and form teams that enable action and empowers them to make decisions. Your key responsibilities ∙ As a credible finance & supply chain leader, the incumbent is expected in supporting the local management team and country manager for an effective, proactive, and forward-looking business controlling ∙ In partnership with the country manager & leadership team to lead the organization towards profit oriented organization and be active to look for alternative business models ∙ Ensure the actual performance of Diagnostics instrument placement contracts is on track by engaging in productive dialogue with respective commercial team members and taking appropriate effective actions ∙ Lead and facilitate internal & external communication including collaborating and leading business reviews with 3PL and other Distributors ∙ Advisor in acting as the congress lead, including overall coordination, development of affiliate, highlight meeting pre and post-congress communications Who You Are: ∙ You are someone, who has demonstrated experience in Finance & Supply Chain with successful P&L track records. You enjoy working in a diverse, multicultural, fast-paced environment and are eager to act as a visionary leader for creating a bold, shared vision and enlisting people in the network to advance it. ∙ Bachelor’s Degree (Certified Public Accountant, Management Accountant, or Accountancy graduate is preferred), MBA, or other relevant Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree is a plus. ∙ People management experience required (experience in P&L management is preferred). ∙ Proficient written and verbal communication in English ∙ Exposures to demand planning and inventory management handling multiple SKUs and experience working cross-functionally Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
