The Role:

The VP, Global Revenue Enablement will build and transform the enablement team to be a world-class global function that is directly focused on the key areas related to training, onboarding, content, and enablement to ensure all field facing team members (Sales, CSM, BDRs, SC's, etc) are productive and successful. The role will be highly visible, collaborating with senior and executive leadership in all geographies to identify skill gaps, make solutions enablement recommendations, and lead enablement execution for the global revenue team to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build out a thorough understanding of current capabilities and gaps across all sales channels from acquisition and through the customer lifecycle across geographies (pitch decks, talking points, competitive battle cards, product fact sheet, etc.).
  • Partner with field leadership teams to design and deliver transformational training and enablement.
  • Assess effectiveness of current enablement program from new hire onboarding through continuous learning and build a plan for optimizing for the future growth of the company.
  • Partner with Product Management team to enable revenue employees on all product related items (roadmap, releases, newly acquired products etc.)
  • Design a rigorous process to ensure that enablement is effective & continuously improved based on culture of feedback.
  • Support all major enablement related revenue field events such as annual Field Kick Off, Mid-year training, in-person onboarding etc.
  • Build a trusted partnership with stakeholder teams and deep understanding of their respective businesses to discover the critical enablement needs.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Strong leadership skillset – communication, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional project execution capabilities
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence
  • Clear strategic thinker with vision and with the ability to execute on priorities
  • Strong project managements skills including scheduling, workstream management, risk management, status reporting and resource management

Requirements:

  • Direct leadership experience working in large commercial and enterprise revenue organizations (b2b SaaS).
  • 13 years of work experience in revenue focused functions.
  • 10 years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record to lead Revenue Enablement, programs, processes at high-growth companies
  • Experience with large scale revenue event planning and execution
  • Deep experience delivering executive level presentations #Li-remote
