Role Overview
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for all aspects of 710 Labs’ ecommerce site operations, from presale menu building to site prep, running sales, and post sale reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to multi state operations through effective task management and communication; managing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.

Role Overview
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for all aspects of 710 Labs’ ecommerce site operations, from presale menu building to site prep, running sales, and post sale reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to multi state operations through effective task management and communication; managing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Presale preparation
- Lead assortment/menu creation with various internal stakeholders, gathering input from ops teams and feedback and approval from executives
- Lead production meetings to align product availability with sales objectives and release dates
- Confirm menus with executives
- Repeatedly reconfirm product availability
- Create and manage holding invoices in ERP
Site operations
- Oversee website merchandising, including menu upload, updating product images, copy, pricing, and details
- Coordinate content requests with marketing team
- Monitor ongoing sales performance
Reporting
- Generate and report sales and engagement data to internal and external stakeholders
- Export, clean, and transmit sales data to fulfillment partners using Excel and Google Sheets
Operations
- Support local delivery operations - e.g. labor forecasting, help with routing, inventory management, and site operations
- Update and reconcile financial worksheets in coordination with the finance department
- Onboard and train fulfillment partners
- Create partner scorecards
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in ecommerce operations, supply chain, project management, or inventory planning
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience leading multiple short term projects with diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or Shopify
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with cannabis products, regulations, and supply chain
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics
Compensation Benefits:
- Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
- Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of California require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
