What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at 731 Sports Bar & Grill?
We are looking for a Server to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will have experience handling customer complaints and questions, be able to multitask calmly, and have excellent organizational skills. This is a position that relies heavily on your ability to take care of guests in order to make tips. We do get to close for major Holidays. We are also willing to work with school schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a restaurant.
- Be able to serve food and beverages to customers from a menu.
- Know how to use a Point of Sale System. We use Toast.
- Respond to customers' complaints or special requests.
- Answer questions about the menu and about the establishment's history and decor.
- Deal with problems such as a busy dining room or an out of stock item.
