POSTION OVERVIEW
80 Acres is an innovative vertical agriculture startup revolutionizing the fresh food industry. We are looking for an analyst who will help us mine our rich datasets to support business decision making. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who is passionate about both data analytics and the social mission of 80 Acres, and who has a knack for presenting complex information in a clear and concise way that helps guide the business to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Conduct data mining and executes queries to process data from multiple sources
- Analyze data and prepare reports/dashboards that show key trends and metrics
- Develop action plans to improve reporting, including suggesting & implementing any fields or improvements that could be made in systems for capturing the data needed for reporting
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests, as needed, in support of business initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, economics, mathematics, physics, or related field 1 years prior experience
- Intermediate SQL skills at a minimum
- Analytical mindset with an ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of information so that specific business questions are answered
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all departments of the company
- Self-starter with a capability to learn, prioritize and organize effectively with moderate supervision
- Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
