We are looking for someone Happy, Friendly, and Excited about life. You must enjoy talking to people and project a genuine caring attitude. You will be interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Grumpy people need not apply!
 
This position includes, but is not limited to:
  • Answering phone calls;
  • Greeting customers;
  • Setting Appointments for shop customers;
  • Making Follow-Up Phone Calls and Appointment Reminder Calls;
  • Moving Cars & Trucks;
  • Checking out shop customers;
  • Computer Skills are a Must;
  •  Transporting customers.
 
As training progresses, you will be able to:
  • Prepare Service estimates;
  • Sell Service work;
  • Communicate sold work to service technicians.

Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry;
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
