The HR Manager partners with each department, as well as other HR partners, providing support in all aspects of employment. The HR Manager is instrumental in evaluating a variety of situations and establishing effective courses of action. How you will make an impact: Provide consultation for employees experiencing problems/issues that impact their jobs. Assist in responding to employees’ relation issues in partnership with the appropriate line manager/supervisor. Partner with hiring managers to ensure the selection of the best candidate for all positions. Conduct thorough investigations, develop investigation plan, interview questions, and summary concerns and review all investigation materials, access any risk of litigation to the community, provide recommendations. Manage the Corporate Compliance Line complaints, Corporate workers compensation, and corporate unemployment claims Monitor the site of the Corporate investigation to ensure all HR investigations have been properly documented and uploaded. Coordinate and participate in any HR-related manager and employee training. Compensation: up to $81,000 annually, commensurate with experience What you will need: College degree in Human Resources or related field required. Minimum of 5 years experience, with a heavy emphasis on employee relations experience required. PHR preferred.
