The Strategy & Analytics Manager will support a team that is motivated by the opportunity to reinvent pharmacy and improve health outcomes for our patients. This role is highly collaborative and will work in a matrixed environment to use the assets of the entire CVS Health Enterprise to develop and evaluate innovative strategies to achieve results. This role will also monitor and optimize these strategies through insightful analytics. The colleague will be tasked with uncovering and assessing new opportunities while striving to create operational excellence. Implements processes to collect and analyze data, measure and evaluate program effectiveness, create reports and visualizations to provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance and enable informed decision-making, optimize program performance, and contribute to data-driven insights and improvements in business outcomes. What you will do Oversees the development and implementation of data analytics tools and processes to ensure concise delivery of the information. Monitors and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement initiatives to achieve the organization's goals and key deliverables. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in prescription production and development. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory agencies, to understand overall needs. Manages budgets and resources to effectively ensure prescription development projects meet parameters supporting organizational growth. Applies in-depth knowledge of prescription product development to provide guidance and leadership to team members. Communicates effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide regular updates on the performance of the prescription production and development analytics team. Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency achieving organizational goals and key deliverables. Ensures area compliance with regulatory requirements regarding prescription product development. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements 5-7 years work experience 3 years of demonstrated business trends and analysis experience (e.g., data analysis, forecasting, reporting development) 2 years of experience working with data using technical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL ,Python and Access) 2 years of experience with PowerPoint Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $136,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
