ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide COVID-19 tests including COVID RT-Swab tests, COVID Rapid Antigen tests, and COVID antibody rapid tests.
- Be able to work weekends and weekdays alike.
- Cash Count during shift and reporting discrepancies.
- Help make sure the testing location maintains proper inventory levels and ensure the location is kept neat and clean.
- Maintain a cleaning protocol and schedule for the testing site, including for all high-touch surfaces and eating areas.
- Monthly pick-up log of test samples and renewal each month.
- Manage daily inventory, restock, and clean equipment used.
- Troubleshooting, finding patient resolution, and collaborating with departments when a manager is not available during the shift.
- Ability to respond when necessary and assist with monitoring emails, and phone calls.
- Helping with coverage at all sites when needed, including but not limited to rest breaks.
- Perform concierge testing on patients where and when needed.
- Ability to work events in any destination and day when needed.
- Be comfortable with the Google Meets platform to carry out telehealth services.
- Have/obtain knowledge on how to navigate Slack in order to make telehealth appointments, communicate across the organization, and observe mobile concierge appointments as they come in and notify the mobile manager about appointments.
- Help maintain Company mobile vehicles by washing regularly, cleaning the interior, refilling with gas, and carrying out daily maintenance.
- Submit work order requests when asked by a site assistant manager or manager.
- Communicate with technicians about new site updates and get signatures for receiving information.
- Training Site Technicians as requested by the Manager and following up with training.
- Other duties are assigned depending on business demands.

Experience
- Minimum of 12 months of COVID-19 technician experience necessary or equivalent working environment.
- Professional licenses such as EMT, Paramedic, or RN with emergency room experience or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in Google Workspace
- Must have an active clean driver's record from the applicable driver’s license issuing state.
Education
- High School diploma or GED.
Working Conditions & Physical Work Demands
- Flexible schedule required
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Able to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Regular and on-time attendance is critical.
- Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
