Sales Representative

Job Summary:

RESTORATION SALES REP ONLY

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, analyzing customer needs, and negotiating sales contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service.

Duties:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business and expand market reach

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings

Skills:

- Proven experience in business development and outside sales

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

- Exceptional customer service skills
