What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Digital Experience position at 97th Floor?
We’re looking for a Head of Digital Experience to take our Conversion Rate Optimization service offering to the next level for our clients. The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of improving conversion rates through evaluating, implementing, scaling, and managing digital optimization efforts. They are passionate about digital experiences and have a background in developing digital tech stacks, setting and forecasting KPIs and goals related to website & platform optimization, developing testing roadmaps that balance short-term and long-term deliverables and more. This role will work with B2B and B2C clients and the ability to adapt to each industry will be required (previous experience within both fields is a bonus!). This role requires strong leadership skills and business acumen as you’ll be building a department from the ground up. Close collaboration with our SEO, Content Marketing, and Advertising department heads will be required as well as with our internal Marketing & Sales teams to develop, grow, and sell the CRO service offering. Ready to bootstrap and has a leading-by-doing mentality.
ResponsibilitiesConsult on digital tech stack solutions for clients
Conduct CRO research and execute on the creation of digital testing solutions (A/B tests, split tests, etc.) informed by proficient knowledge in digital optimization process, methodologies and analytics dataTranslate business goals & objectives into test ready construct experiencesDrive the execution of digital testing solutions from concept to production release, accountable for meeting quality targets and achieving program and project milestones within established time frames and budgetEdit and troubleshoot testing campaigns including application logic, HTML & JavaScriptHire, lead and develop internal CRO team to execute on client workEvaluate, implement, scale and manage digital optimization and reporting tools Set client forecasts for digital experience KPIsProduce automated dashboards with timely, visual reporting of KPI and initiative performance for clientsMonitor feedback, platform performance and user sessions to improve UX and conversionBuild a culture of data-driven decision making through well instrumented tests.Perform regular analysis of tests and initiativesContribute pro-active analysis, regularly and suggest action for improvement based on insights.Manage platform and analytics roadmap balancing short-term and long-term deliverables.Identify opportunities and implement automation to reduce non-value-add workOversee team meetings, rituals, and activities to keep project efforts on track and creates communications that provide insight on progress on client workServe as an expert to help cross-functional teams remove obstacles and impediments and drive resolutions of digital testing issues through an understanding of client business and digital testing objectivesBuild trust-based relationships that influences the alignment of clients/stakeholders across projects, teams, and functions and leads approvals with clients and cross-functional teams (SEO, Content Marketing, and Advertising teams)
