9Rooftops Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Associate who will be responsible for working closely with other media team on tasks such as obtaining and analyzing media, using media software to keep track of performance, performing administrative duties, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with media vendors.
- Partner with Media Planner to build and develop media plans.
- Collaborate with other media team members to traffic and execute media campaigns.
- Use research tools to collect and organize information for media planning.
- Negotiate media buying.
- Maintain professional relationship with vendors and organize vendor meetings as required.
- Execute media plans and resolve issues that arise during execution.
- Evaluate campaign performance data and recommend improvements.
- Maintain complete and accurate media planning records.
- Develop and implement media strategies and budget allocation across various media such as digital and social channels.
- Contact vendors to coordinate timing and placement of ads.
- Collaborate with analytics team to develop reporting insights.
- Conduct testing for optimization, as well as new opportunities.
- Daily analysis and optimization of campaigns in Google, Microsoft Ads, and other search engines to achieve optimal performance.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enter time on a daily basis.
- Arrive reliably and on time.
- Travel periodically, as needed.

- Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Previous agency experience a plus.
- Mediaocean experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across all teams (media creative analytics insights)
- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
- Contributes to a positive work environment through dedication, responsiveness, and accountability.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism related field preferred with a minimum 0-1year(s) of experience as this is entry level.
