$2000 at the end of your first full work week

Essential duties
- Deliver building materials to company customers
- Properly strap and secure delivery and pick-up loads according to DOT regulations and company policy, or as directed by management
- Driver must perform pre and post trip inspections and report to a supervisor
- Maintain paper driving logs
- Complete periodic telephone communications to company dispatcher
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) class A for the vehicle being driven
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience operating a commercial motor vehicle
- Possess a driving record MVR Report that demonstrates good driving conduct and skill
- Complete a DOT physical examination prior to employment, and every following two years for as long as you drive a company vehicle.
- Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing driving motor vehicles, as well as commercial vehicles subject to DOT regulations
- Willing to train the right candidate on a roll-off bed trailer
- Former employment in a warehouse environment a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Shift begins at 6 AM
