We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Service Dispatcher to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process service requests from clients
  • Dispatch service technicians to job sites
  • Monitor technician progress and provide updates to clients
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician activity
  • Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and management
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a service dispatcher
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Service Titan dispatch software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
