Our Professional Home Care Staffing Company needs a responsible and reliable Office Support Specialist/Admin Assistant for our Santa Fe Springs Office for the Hours of 10 am - 2 pm or 11 am-3 pm, Monday - Friday.
The Office Support Specialist provides support assistance with emphasis on the full range of clerical duties, data entry, phone and front desk reception, bookkeeping, scheduling, etc.
You will assist the editorial team with editing old content writings or blogs to be re-purposed.

Examples of work:
- Assist in scheduling or staffing accounts.
- Prepare reports to be reviewed by General Manager or Case Manager.
- Assist in reviewing invoices before these invoices are emailed or mailed to Clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.
- One year of General Office Experience performing the full range of office support duties is required.
- Minimum typing speed of at least 45 words per minute and computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Excel is a requirement.
- An ideal candidate is someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
