Front Office Manager
A&B has an opening for a Front Office Manager. This person will be responsible for customer service
as it pertains to A&B's service department. This includes greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling
service calls and maintaining communication with customers. This position will also assist with HR and
Accounting. Join our diversified services company offering Commercial, Industrial and Residential
Plumbing and HVAC services. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Plumbing and HVAC services. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee front office, including greeting guests, answering the phone, scheduling service and
- Oversee timepunch system and assist staff with technical issues
- Track and report hours to payroll department for processing
- Monitor PTO balances and requests for PTO
- Responsible for new hire employee orientation and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain employee records
- Assist in A\R and A\P
- Assist with maintenance and distribution of company handbook
- Assist with monthly billing
- Assist with hiring and job postings
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and monitor employee purchases
- Assist with company meetings
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Coordinate work with vendors and IT
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum Customer Service working in the same or similar trade services company
- QuickBooks experience required
- Basic Accounting experience required
- HR Experience a plus
- AIA invoicing experience a plus
- Good aptitude for working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Excel, Word and Powerpoint experience required
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
