Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team in
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and diagnose hardware and software issues on a variety of devices, including Windows and Mac OS computers, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and other electronic equipment
- Perform repairs on devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and gaming consoles
- Conduct software troubleshooting and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Solder components and replace faulty parts when necessary
- Provide technical support to customers both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Experience with mobile device repair, including iOS devices
- Familiarity with soldering techniques for component replacement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills for providing technical support to customers
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
