Part Time Experienced Bookkeeper
2-3 days/week 4 hours/day
$18/hour
POSITION SUMMARY:
The part time bookkeeper is responsible for, but not limited to, mail processing, accounts payables, maintaining the day-
to-day accounting functions and performing general accounting functions, as required. The bookkeeper will report directly
to the executive assistant.
JOB DUTIES:
Full cycle Accounts Receivable including preparation of monthly payables and maintaining vendor records
Accounts Payable including purchase orders and vendor records maintenance
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive assistant
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
QuickBooks experience
Five (5) years of experience in related field
Organizational skills
Skills/Qualifications:
Advanced accounting software training
Experience with Quickbooks
