Project Manager
Job Description
A&C Exteriors is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination of projects and projects’ execution. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize their workload. The Project Manager will be expected to work with a wide range of builders/contractors. Managings crews, visit job sites daily, walking roofs and communication are daily requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but also work related experience
- 3 years of roofing or siding experince is required
- Strong understanding Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage change effectively and adapt quickly to new situations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
