What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at A Center For Continuing Education?
We’re looking for an inside sales representative to input incoming orders and passing scores. Representative will be first on the phone to answer incoming calls and take orders from customer as well as direct call to requested sales person. Rep will provide administrative duties to the President/Owner in maintaining inventory, course renewals and provider renewals with each state the school is approved in. Additionally this person will be able to make outbound calls to leads provided as time allows.
This job is remote but you MUST LIVE IN MARIETTA, GA or close proximity. Training will be on site, once trained you will work from home. YOU MUST HAVE A FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION. All equipment will be provided to perform the job.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Input orders received from website and input passing grades for certification
- Reach out to customer leads through existing customer database
- Answer incoming calls and assist customer service needs
- Provide administrative support to sales staff and owner
- Input daily certification to different states for completed courses
- Create and deliver professional emails in replying to customer inquiries
Skills
- Proven work experience in a customer or sales environment
- Excellent knowledge of Office Software, email, excel and word
- Able to learn a new proprietary CRM system
- Highly motivated and target driven with the necessary skills to work from home
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year

Position will not have any customer interaction in person. However; training will be involved that if not vaccinated, must wear a mask. Would prefer vaccination.
