What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Staff position at A Champion HCS, LLC?
The Direct Care Staff is responsible for providing in-home personal care and daily living tasks as outlined by an Individual Plan of Care who are physically disable, mentally alert, or mentally challenged.
Duties include meal prep, assist with bathing, toileting, hygiene care, cleaning any areas of home as need, laundry, health monitoring, communication with client, maintain accurate and updated information on service documents while providing a safe, caring and comfortable environment for all clients.
- Shift requirement: Able to work a 12 hour shift. Day Shift (8a-8p) or Overnight Shift (8p-8a) Saturday-Sunday.
- Must have reliable transportation (This is not a bus route job)
- Must have a valid Identification
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to cook a full meal (no microwavable items)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 per hour
