Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Respond to phone calls, answer questions, and handle requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support to the office team by answering questions, taking messages, and completing tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
- Utilize computer systems to computerize office processes and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist or office management is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer literacy and the ability to computerize office processes.
- Strong phone etiquette and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
