What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Navigator position at A Giving Heart Project?
The Case Management Specialist is a leader in our culturally diverse company, ensuring all supportive services run smoothly and efficiently. The Client Navigator should be highly organized, use time management, and have practical communication skills. Our company promotes the highest standard of excellence. The Executive Director will supervise the Client Navigator and ensure duties are completed efficiently and effectively. The Client Navigator will report to the Executive Director with any questions or concerns that need more assistance in carrying out the organization's mission.
Professional Qualification & Experience
- The Case Manager must be at least 25 years old and have at least an associate or higher degree. The person must have two years’ working with the homeless community.
- The person must have at least two years of working in a non-profit or with community support services as a case manager.
- The person must have at least two years of leadership experience.
- The person must be energetic, take the initiative, multi-task, work independently, be flexible in their duties, have the creativity to problem-solve, have strong public speaking skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and have a solid work ethic.
- The person must know how to work as a team, have patience, and have strong attention to detail.
- The person must have a high level of strategic thinking and planning. They must communicate the organization's mission effectively to donors, sponsors, staff, volunteers, stakeholders, and the community.
- The person must have excellent organizational skills, including planning and time management skills.
- The person must be efficient with the data tracking software and can learn new record-keeping software.
- The person must be a good listener and understand the needs of the population we serve.
