FOOD GRADE LUBRICANTS Business Representative: This position is responsible for the sales and support of partnered branded food grade and industrial lubrication products and services. A&I Distributors provides a competitive compensation (base plus no cap commissions) and benefits package along with company Vehicle, Fuel card, laptop, and phone.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sell profitable new key business in an assigned territory through cold calling, lead development and networking
- Deliver customized presentations to a variety of decision makers to form key partnerships leading to new business
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product in your territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort)
- Use of CRM tool to drive sales performance and exceed volume and goals.

Desired Job Specifications:
- Documented B2B outside sales experience
- experience developing, maintaining, and delivering on sales goals and objectives
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working for both privately held and publicly held organizations.
Required Job Specifications:
- 3 Years Food Grade & Industrial Lubricants Sales Experience.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel and work with team of professionals - approximately 25 - 50%
- Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.
