If you join our team as a Concrete Polisher, these would be your job responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading the work trailer
• Prepping work areas
• Removal of existing flooring
• Grinding concrete with special machinery
• Pouring self level / concrete
• Polishing the concrete with industrial buffers
• Occasionally Install rubber flooring

Requirements of the position:

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. (Sunday - Thursday)
• Lots of overtime
• Communicate effectively with customers and management
• Be respectful to team, supervisors, and customers
• Can lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Perks to include:

• $100 sign-on bonus contingent upon one-week perfect attendance (Local hires only, must live within a 60 miles of the Jobsite)
• If you work outside of a 60 mile radius of the job site, you will receive $100 per diem per day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
