Job Description
Do you understand what it takes to make a customer happy? Are you friendly, organized, and tech savvy? A&J Automotive is looking for a service advisor/office manager to work in our front office to handle customer interactions, scheduling, and assist with service order writing. You will work under the general direction of the senior service advisor and the shop manager and will receive training in how we operate this repair shop and handle service orders for our customers.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Booking customer appointments
- Greeting customers when they enter the business
- Making “Thank you” phone calls/text messages
- Making customer satisfaction replies to reviews
- Making “Next Appointment” reminder phone calls/text messages
- Taking payments and out-processing customers
- Assisting senior service advisor with writing and presenting estimates
Qualifications:
- Friendly with a good attitude
- Customer service experience
- Greeting
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Taking payments/closing out orders
- Experience using customer relation management systems
- Valid driver license
- Automotive industry experience a big plus!

- Working hours: 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- No weekend work
