The Role:

Join a team of experienced technicians who provide professional non-hazardous wastewater management services to a variety of customer types. Services include special waste hauling (oil-water), catch basin cleaning, septic pumping, grease trap cleaning, hydro-jetting and more. As a Sewer Apprentice, you will partner with experienced team members to provide top notch service to customers.

Position Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform the work required - lifting up to 50lbs regularly, pulling hoses from truck to worksite location, uncovering manholes, operating equipment, etc.
• Attention to detail and solid written and spoken communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors and stay active.
• Positive attitude and desire to win as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians in operating assigned vehicles and equipment safely and properly.
• Work as a team to provide proper maintenance solutions for customers.
• Complete required work in a professional manner and complete work to the high standards of A&J Sewer Service.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to our customers.
• Assist lead technicians in maintaining a clean, organized job site, and well inventoried and clean truck.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain a strong attendance record.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
