Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance policies, conducting quality audits, and managing quality improvement initiatives.

Duties:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate quality control measures
- Oversee the implementation of QA/QC protocols throughout the organization
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for enhancement
- Lead quality inspection activities to maintain product integrity
- Manage a team of quality control specialists

Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and practices
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
