Warehouse associate

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential .

This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

Warehouse Associate Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Associate Highlights

• The required shift for this position is Mon - Thursday 8pm - 6 : 30am

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound trucks (inter-company deliveries, vendors, etc.)
• Loads outbound trucks (inter-company shipments, off-site warehouse, etc.)
• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations using FEFO methodology.
• Moves pallets on dock.
• May be required to physically stack / transport product from larger sterilization pallet to regular pallet before moving by forklift to dock.
• Ensures all assigned duties are safely completed in a timely manner in accordance with department standards and by following department procedures.
• Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in GMPs.
• Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
• Must take safety first and be able to work diligently to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedure designed to prevent injuries and illnesses.
• May be required to perform warehouse associate duties.
• May be required to train new hires on RF functions.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work.
• Safety shoes required for position.
• Additional duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience
• Experience on Cherry picker or / and Reach lift
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
