Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Compensation

• The pay for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Saturday & Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Assisting and encouraging patients/residents to participate in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities as individuals and as members of a group.
• Work is performed under the close supervision of a licensed professional supervisor who reviews work through reports ward inspections and observation but resources are expected to perform the more routine duties independently.

Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant program.
• CNA License registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met the competency requirements for performing nurse aide work.
• 6 months of experience as an Aide Trainee or one year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Preferred Qualifications

• Over 2 years of CNA experience.
