What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at A-Line?
We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to take on some routine office duties at our front desk!
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the office team to perform various clerical and administrative duties to support the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Answers and directs phone calls, sort and distributes mail and packages, and direct visitors.
- Take payments and phone calls related to storage units.
- Assist the President in clerical duties and problem solving as needed.
- Orders office supplies and merchandise as needed.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordinating of onsite interviews and other meetings.
- Provides high-level administrative support to Leadership as needed.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition lunches, and holiday parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED Required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
