Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support.
Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support office and field operations.
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Direct calls and take messages as needed.
- Maintain office organization.
Qualifications:
- At least (2) two years' experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, ect).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
