THE POSITION
Based in New York, the Senior Manager, Marketing Optimization will be a key member of the team responsible for ongoing marketing performance reporting and analysis, marketing channel attribution, and annual marketing volume planning exercises. The Senior Manager will lead regular performance reporting, conduct ongoing analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to the organization to optimize marketing investment. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a repeated ability to provide actionable insights to the marketing team drive revenue growth for the business.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate has experience in reporting on and analyzing acquisition channel performance vs. targets and prior periods. You have a proven track record of working cross functionally with marketing channel leads and other internal functions including sales and finance to understand drivers of performance. You are data-driven and analytical with a strong attention to detail. You are curious, consistently asking questions and pressure-testing the data until you are able to arrive at actionable insights. You are an effective communicator and love sharing your findings across the organization to help with decision-making to drive growth.
