A Lawn and Landscape is seeking an Administrative assistant who will be part of a talented office team in providing excellent customer service in a rapidly growing, locally owned business. Our company is managed by a highly entrepreneurial and progressive leadership team that is fueled by a level of passion that is uncommon in our industry. Our managers are constantly hunting for solutions that improve the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our production team, while streamlining our processes and efficiency to maximize the customer experience.

Essential Functions


  • Responsible for management, oversight, and completion of billing process consistent with company policies, procedures and standards.
  • Manages and facilitates communication between customers and appropriate departments
  • Maintains all required and appropriate logs.
  • Being able to multi-task
  • Performs additional duties as assigned. (not just phone work)
  • Handle all administrative office logistic needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service skills
  • Handle large incoming call volumes
