General Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- With the Executive Director and Human Resource Department, will determine appropriate levels of staff for Office Manager positions for each office within the region assigned.
- Source, recruit, select, hire, on-board, train, and oversee development of the Office managers in the region assigned. Conduct 90 day and annual performance review and personnel actions as appropriate.
- Develop incentive plans with the Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer's guidance and approvals. Ensure compliance guidelines are understood and adhered to. Monitor and manage marketing expenditures within budgetary guidelines.
- Lead, manage, and direct informative activities of the Office Managers including coaching, mentoring, and accompanying them in their office. Host teleconference calls monthly to include role playing and strategy.
- Assist each office in developing a comprehensive goal on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and track growth activity through weekly activity reports and weekly home care meetings.
- Build and maintain affiliate relationships with referral/networking sources. Assist in maintaining and expanding referral source base.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports showing volume growth and speak to plans of correction as needed.
- Ensure that offices in your area are well maintained and clean inside and outside. Contact the appropriate staff member when assistance is needed such as mowing grass, landscaping, replacing hardware, flooring, etc.
- Provide assistance with ensuring continuity of care is provided to patients by Office Managers, Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Assistants.
- Assist and resolve billing issues that involve interaction with external payor sources.
- Ensure deduction forms are completed and submitted to payroll for employees that received over payment.
- Travel is required within the region assigned to provide supervision.
- Provide guidance and implement requirements as specified by DHSR and Executive.
- Ensure all information given or received through this position is to be handled in a confidential manner in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Adhere to and follows Health insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA); and adheres to and follows all policies and procedures of this agency.
- Complete ongoing in-service trainings provided by the agency. Complete required competencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
