Are you detail-oriented, familiar with accounting principles, and skilled in administrative tasks We have multiple openings in the shoreline area for Accounting Assistants. These roles offer the opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Three-way matching of supplier invoices to the purchase order and goods received.
  • Process non-inventory supplier invoices to create vouchers in the ERP system.
  • Assist with accounts receivable duties as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining spreadsheets, including adding formulas for calculations.
  • Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet setup and formula creation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
