Are you looking for part-time administrative work Do you enjoy being the face of an office We are working with a small organization in the Guilford area who are looking for an administrative assistant to cover their small office on a part-time basis.
Ideal schedule would be Monday – Friday, 9am – 12pm, but is somewhat flexible.
Temporary but offers the potential of hire for the right administrative assistant. $25 per hour.
This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for members, staff, and visitors. Answering calls, greeting guests, and responding to emails. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative tasks preparing weekly bulletins, mailings as needed, coordinating rental space schedules, processing mail, and running reports.
Our client needs a strong assistant who is very comfortable working in a small office environment and understands standard office operations and equipment. Must enjoy working with people and providing top-notch customer service.
