We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Services Assistant with customer service and/or call center experience to support our team with sourcing, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews for our recruiting team. The ideal person will excel in juggling tasks, is comfortable working with multiple computer systems, and possess excellent communication skills. This role primarily involves handling incoming calls, reaching out to applicants using various methods of communication, and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
The Talent Services Assistant will have ownership of the following responsibilities:
- Answering in-coming calls
- Reviewing and pre-screening in-coming applications
- Contacting applicants using a variety of methods including phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Scheduling interviews for the recruiting team.
- Sourcing resumes using a variety of databases and platforms to keep the pipeline of candidates flowing.
- Assisting with job postings
- Providing administrative support as needed including reference checks, formatting resumes, and text / email messages.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Enjoys taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Customer focused attitude and good follow up.
- Prior experience working as an HR Assistant, Recruiting Assistant, Appointment Setter, Scheduling Coordinator, or Call Center / Customer Service Representative.
