Through our NinjaHoldings and NinjaCard brands, we empower people overlooked by traditional financial institutions to take control of their finances via a full suite of digital banking and lending products, providing incentives and rewards along the way as we guide them on a path to financial improvement. Through our NinjaEdge brand, we help companies better understand their customers by offering a package of bespoke underwriting, fraud detection, and analytics services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor key funnel metric, reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our product and understand the root causes of changes
• Establish performance metrics, and develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Python.
• Analyze direct mail campaigns to optimize response and conversion rates, explore new data sources to widen selection
• Design A/B testing for marketing/product experiments, evaluate impacts and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product changes, and perform post release checks and impact analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to standardize analytical processes, and explore new ways of finding insights from data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree major in math, statistics, analytics, fin math, or other quantitative fields required
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL)
• Programming experience with Python, R
• Experience with data analytics and statistical modeling
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE

• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, operations research, quantitative finance, physics, engineering, computer sciences, etc.)
